Policy
Privacy Policy
Effective: 3 August 2026
1. Scope
This policy explains how the public website at emailinfralab.com handles information associated with website access and direct communication.
2. Website logs
The hosting environment may record standard server-log information such as IP address, requested URL, timestamp, response status, user agent, and technical error details. These logs support security, reliability, troubleshooting, and abuse investigation.
3. Contact form and direct communication
If you submit the website contact form or email a published contact address, the Lab may process your name, email address, organization, inquiry category, subject, message, technical submission metadata, attachments sent by email, and related correspondence. This information is used to route, review, secure, and respond to the request or to preserve evidence connected to a security or abuse matter.
The website form uses a self-hosted delivery service and the Lab's authenticated mail infrastructure. It does not intentionally send form content to a third-party marketing platform. Basic anti-abuse controls may temporarily process the source IP address and submission timing.
4. Tracking and advertising
The public site does not intentionally use advertising pixels, behavioral advertising, or third-party marketing analytics. Essential server logs are separate from marketing tracking.
5. Sharing
Information may be shared with the hosting provider, technical service providers, or competent authorities when reasonably necessary for infrastructure operation, security, abuse handling, legal compliance, or protection of rights and systems.
6. Retention
Operational logs and correspondence are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for security, troubleshooting, documentation, abuse response, or legal obligations.
7. Security
Reasonable technical and administrative measures are used to protect operational information. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Contact
Privacy-related questions may be sent to contact@emailinfralab.com.
