Context
The affected hostname, service, message header, date, time, and timezone.
Evidence
Relevant logs, screenshots, SMTP transcript, error text, or complete message headers with sensitive data removed where appropriate.
Safe contact
A reliable reply address and any deadline or coordination requirement.
Do not send passwords or private keys.
Credentials, authentication secrets, API tokens, and private key material should never be included in ordinary email.
